OK, instead of plagiarizing buy her a book of poems one great one is: Love Poems by Pablo Neruda. Then wrap it really nicely, add some chocolates or something she likes and put it on her pillow one night as a surprise. This way you show that you have gone out of your way and when she reads these poems she will think of you! You may want to read in advanced and maybe mark one or two that remind you of her and OH, make sure you dedicate the book to her.
