You are trying to get some electronic to turn on suchas a tv, radio, etc. then after about 10 minutes of pure utter frustration, you relize it isn't plugged in?

Yes! I did it with my car the other day. It wasn't moving when I would push down on the gas, so this guy came over and told me I had to put it in drive before it could be expected to move. I was mortified.

No, but once I got the telephone guy to come in. He took one look at the phone, held up the cable which wasn't connected and gave me the most withering look.
