Oh god, I have loads. Currently:
Gnarls Barkley - Crazy. Yes, it does make me crazy. Please go away.
Beautiful by James 'Never Smoked A' Blunt. Yawn.
Also, anything recent by the Chilli Peppers. They went off the boil years ago (when they went of the drugs, I feel). More Catholic Schoolgirls Rule, less Californication/Dani California/anything else vaguely resembling California, thank YOU! We all know you love your place of residence, no need to keep banging on about it.
Ditto U2. Bono can stick One up his ar$e.

Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence. I not only played it to within half an inch of its life, I also did a really embarrassing kareoke session, with this as my 'best' piece. To make it worse, I wasn't drunk enough to forget the whole thing.
This and the fact it seems to be the only DM piece that the radio stations and music channels know, mean I cringe if it comes on!
That and James Blunt's You're Beautiful. It was overplayed. There was an excellent parody in which he sang, in place of 'you'e beautiful' he sang 'its bloody cold!' in a bid to prove he was hard to a group of other male solo singers.

Great question.
This happens to me all the time now I have a cd player in the car. Play an album to death for 6 weeks then can't listen to it for years. I've instigated a self-imposed limit on how many times I'm allowed to listen to an album now!!!

Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
It's a gorgeous song, no doubt, but I can't enjoy listening to it anymore; Virgin Radio (105.8FM) play it at least once an hour during the day, and that's the station I usually listen to while at work.

The Eagles - "Hotel California" - it's been nearly 30 years that I've heard that song once a week, sometimes twice a day
(dude, check the offhand Marx Brothers reference!)

That Panic at the Disco song, About the guy marrying a whore. I don't remember the name right off hand, but I can't hardly stand to hear it anymore.
