You don't say how it is being blocked, or what email service you are using; if you are not specific, neither can we be. We can only guess.

If you are using Yahoo email, putting their email address (the one that is being blocked) in your Address Book will solve the problem. This works in some other services as well.

If there is a email filter, adding them as an exception will solve the problem.

If you are using your ISP's e-mail (Cox, Comcast, Charter, etc.), call their customer service and ask them to unblock that sender. You might want to consider using a different mail service.

If it's Yahoo Mail, change your options so that spam is not deleted automatically from your Bulk folder. Then go review your Bulk folder from time to time. Delete the known spam by flagging it and deleting. If you see your Morningstar mail in there, access it and flag it with the Not Spam button. That moves it to your Inbox and tells Yahoo that it is not spam. Marking the mail as Not Spam may or may not cause it to start coming into your Inbox.

You should also report the problem to Morningstar. I'm sure they will try to give their subscriber some help.
