My face will get hot and my eyes water,sneezing,and my throat hurts a little

NOT NECESERALY ALLERGIES BUT IT CAN POSSIBLY BE THAT YOU ARE GETTING SICK. MAYBE ITS CHANGE OF WEATHER. YOU SHOULD TRY TAKING THERAFLU. THE ONE THAT YOU ADD IN A CUP OF HOT WATER AND DRINK IT. IT WORKS!

It sounds more like a head cold to me than allergies if you never experienced this before.

if you do it often it could be either allergies or sinuses and if not it might be the flu...you just never know...know why?? cuz allergies SUCK!!
