Charlie Rangel is from New York & he is black. He also has worked overtime to defeat anything Republican. He also led the fight to get Clinton out of his legal problems. I have heard him many time call Bush a draft dodger. But he over looked Bill going to school in England & travel all over Europe protesting the war.He was a bonified draft dodger. ask any one in Little Rock.At least Bush was in the air guard.
