First of all don't ever let anyone come in between your relationship! All people including your friends are outsiders looking in. Don't ever go by he say, she say. If you love or are in love you communicate, F*ck what anyone else says or thinks. You might be able to get him back but just know that he will always remember the things of the past. Its easy to forgive and hard to forget. If that's the guy you want go after him but remember to start fresh.

Write him a letter telling him what's been going on and ask him if he could shed some light on the subject... First thing you should do in the letter is apologize for listening to everyone else and not asking him first. Violates trust in a relationship when you doubt him. A relationship is about trust, honesty and compassion. It requires two people to communicate openly and freely...with understanding. No matter what the outcome, understand that this guy may be just as confused as you and is now a little embarrassed to be around you for having been dumped. Keep the confrontations private. Public outbreaks can be cruel and extremely harmful to both involved.

Walk up to him/call him, and tell him what you heard about him before. Ask him if it's true at all. If not, apologize and get back together.

Good luck!
