well....i could tell you to sit her down and flat out ask her, but, let's face reality. If she is sleeping around...that means she's not willing to be honest with you so you probably wouldn't get an honest answer. To get your answer your going to have to do what us women have been doing for years! Be sneaky...plain and simple. Be very discrete so you don't attract attention or lead on that your trying to find something out. Just check out things she says she's doing(without her knowing) and soon enough you'll have your answer!

Well, u would usually see signs that are out of the norm for her. One example is if she starts to dress more sexier than usual or she is emotionally distant from u. But some people are really good at hiding their tracks so the best u can do is ask her where she's been, if she comes home late. Then, ask her the same question a few days later and see if the story changes.

Well if she shows little interest in you thats a good sign, If she picks fights with you all the time over nothing. If she fixes her self up real nice and goes out a lot and wears sexy underwear to go out. I should know I was the wife that cheated

Undoubtedly she's treating you like ****. If you are miserable tell her you want a separation.....if she is not cheating she will freak and maybe you can find out what's bugging her....if she says fine, she is blowing the neighborhood. Get out now......call a Great looking Call Girl that first week.

When she isn't sexually attractive you, or she is pointing out the worst in you, when she is comparing you to someone else how he does things better then you. When she is in the room and talking on the phone/computer and she will not tell you who, or when she leaves the house and all she says is I am going out. Those are some clues, or you can look her in the eye and just plan out and ask her.
