Hmm... interesting. Sure, I guess it would be unethical because I would consider the act of assigning an unjust grade to be on the same line as lying. Which I think is unethical.

Ethics,,,much like religion and politics is a TRUTH,,,usually interpreted by the distributor,,, and the receiver/user, who might accept that truth. IT IS NOT FACT!

Ones Ethics are a very personal issue, and MINE might differ vastly.

YOUR Q relates to grading, which is likely an interprative act by a "teacher" who is perhaps of an opinion,,, or following some text offered by another who the teacher must follow in the curriculum?

Right and Wrong are so subjective when applied to "certain" ethics, and ONE LAW doesn't strictly WORK, for all.
