College kids; what are your reasons for going to school? To learn? To meet new people? To get a degree? To do what everyone else does? I'm interested.

Meet people, women in specific.
Drink, do some drugs, party it up.
I ended up getting an education too.
Weird how that worked.

the jobs out there for people with out some kind of after high school training are shift workers and hourly. i want more. I don't need to be rich hence my Social Work major but i would like to stop working retail or not be cleaning toilets, being a construction worker or any job like that it is not me and i hate it i only do it and did them to get me through school hated them every step of the way i want to make the trash not clean it up
Some people make it with out degrees but very few. Plant jobs are leaving and manual labor is taken my immigrants to make a good living you need a degree in most places

we go to college to learn! hopefully to advance in our careers because we dont want to be stuck at the same deadend job for the rest of our lives. A degree sounds good instead of oh i never finished college because i screwed up!!!! Right?

I went to college because it was always expected of me. Also, since I wanted to be a teacher, I needed to get certified, and the only way to do that was by going to college.
I LOVED college, and I am so glad my 2 kids who are now in college, love it too!

The main reason I go to college is because my parents want me to and they're willing to pay for it all. Also, I'd rather be in college than have to get a job and support myself.

I don't believe in the education system!
I don't need no education,I don't need no thought control,..no dark sarcasm in the classroom,teacher leave them kids alone!
