Some celebrities are really answering fan letters and e-mails by themselves. This is the best way, I suppose.

Philanthropy and charity work are great ways to meet celebrities. As far as being friends with celebrities, most stick to their own to avoid sycophants and stalkers.

hang out in the right parts of LA and NY and you'll run into them at grocery stores, etc. If you mean more professionally, find their official fanclubs online, or write to their agency.

they either meet them, and talk to them. OR (this is the more likely answer) they are little teenie-bopper stalkerz with no time and NO life. i think we should leave our fav celebz alone and admire from a distance, because they are just people, and i think we should respect that if they wanted us to talk to them, they would give us a way to call, email, IM, ect. them. so just give it up. love [LOVELY] P.S.
