Depends on how well you tan.

You would usually use a minimum of SPF 8, but if you're someone who doesn't tan and burns pretty easily, you want at least SPF 30 or 45.

Most sunscreens block UVB rays, but there are very few that block UVA rays. Look for a sunscreen that blocksUVB and UVA rays. Aveeno and Neutrogena have a sunscreen that blocks both. Most people only look at spf and pay no attention to what kind of rays the sunscreen blocks.

I use an Avon Sport sunscreen thats waterproof and sweatproof, and whats so nice about it is that it is a spray on liquid, not a cream. It dries very quickly and is a 45 spf.

Alright, I'm a lifegaurd and we get
this question all the time in our facility.
Theres a sunscreen you can get from
avon thats great! The most reccomended
in our pool.
