If you want to work, start a car wash operation, hire some friends on commission. Go around and get 5 or 6 locations, some ropers at each, do a good job on the cars. My guys at the local country club, make $25 per car, do around 20 on a weekend day.
They do less during the week, but still OK. You go around, get locations set up, and manage, maybe ever get a school project involved, get free water, etc. Auto Parts store may be good spot.

To work at 14 you need to get a work permit. Try applying at different locations and find a company that'll hire you. Then get the permit. It has a few restrictions, ex. you can't work during school hours or after 7p.m. However, if you really need the $ and can't find a place willing to hire at 14, you can always mow lawns, babysit, or do housekeeping. Let everyone know that you are looking for work, your parents, friends, and teachers. That way they can look even when you're not.

Don't fall for the websites that promise to pay you money! They're scams. Try the old fashioned ways: mowing lawns, babysitting, washing cars, etc. Your parents can probably hook you up with their friends to do some of these jobs.

Here are some suggestions:
1. get with your parents and talk about what you want to do.
2. when you are old enough start a blog with Google and add Google adsense...it's free.
3. use http://www.mycreditadvise.com to learn more about starting your own business, finance, and credit issues.

Good luck young man!
