Bahamut, from well, any of the Final Fantasies. Because he's a huge dragon so I could fly around on his back and have him smoulder my enemies to a crisp!
He's also toilet trained :-)

I am also a major FF fan , and I'd have zack's spirit ( the wolf ) from final fantasy advent children the movie . its so amazing n mysterious. i love final fantasy sooo much.Though ... it would be cool to own Ratchett off ratchett n clank , he's cool :D
