I'd say that Jason Giambi, Barry Bonds and Ryan Howard are taking something to the effect of "Performance Enhancing Drugs", but not steroids. How else can you see them not failing any league mandated drug test? I'm 40 years old, and if I took Steroids or PED's, I'd be hitting over the fences too!

Bonds is a given. Eric Gagne probably did, just look at his injuries the last couple of years (also, he's huge).
Others that may be using: Pujols, Jason Grimsley, Frank Thomas
NOT using: Ryan Howard
In the past, Jason Giambi, Gary Sheffield, Ivan Rodriguez (he's a lot smaller than he used to be), Rafael Palmeiro, Mark McGwire, Gabe Kapler, Juan Gonzalez, Brady Anderson, Jose Canseco.

A lot of players, who have already been named may have used in the past, but because of their exposure, I think they've stopped now.
There is NO WAY that Giambi is still taking them. He never denied it and is always willing to be tested. As far as Sheffield still taking them, He's been on the DL and just started to swing a bat again. Doubt he try to screw up his career when he's not even playing in the game.

I hate to say it, but i think Ivan Rodrigues was on steroids. Look at the size he is now compared to how he was a few years ago. Also, check out his power numbers compared to a few years ago. In the past few years he has not put up his usuall 30 homers 100 rbi performances.
