god i know what u mean.....i always call the tow truck and have their cars towed for no reason really lol.....i always smash beer bottles on their door too cause they always walk barefoot...i live in like a dorm area type thing.....i also cut their power sometimes and it takes the maintenance guys about 3-4 days to fix it lol....just examples i get the fuckers back.

If you are renting an apartment check the Landlord Tenant Laws of your State. You may have some recourse there. If it a dorm, check with the housing office to see what needs to be done. If it's a home you can either tell them it's impolite to have a party and not invite the neighbor (say this with a BIG smile) or you can call the police and report a disturbance.
Good Luck with this one, I have a similar problem but it's a neighbor who hears voices and fights with them all hours of the day and night.

I know exactly what you mean, and how you feel. I can almost feel my own blood pressure go up, because this happened to me. Well, all you can do, is call them, go over there, write a note/letter and put it in their mailbox, and if it is later than 10pm, you can call the cops and report a 'nuisance'....other than that ????? you got it.....nothing.
Let's hope a smile and a visit from you (and don't go alone--another neighbor as a witness) and that will do the trick. Be nice and explain how much you would appreciate them abiding by the 'good neighbor rule'....good luck.

I sympathy with you my neighbours are the same if its not music its there dogs, go round with a baseball bat and tell them to turn it down and if your not that brave call the police. I always think revenge is sweet if they have been up partying and i no they are in bed in the morning i get up early turn the speakers to there bedroom wall and play it really loud. Oh revenge is so sweet lol

There are fewer things more annoying than noisy neighbours!
Have you called the police?
Have spoken to your neighbour?
Are you desperate to move home?
You need to feel happy and secure where you live, and if this is not happening for, then you have to change it, or move!
Every time I have encountered this, I have moved home to escape it.
But if is extreme, then contact the environment health, they will and can help!

Go round and tell them that they are keeping you up and if they say they wont stop call the police or ask a neighbour to come with you to ask them again.

They either don't know or don't care.My neighbor complained I was making a lot of noise. I bought her flowers and kept the noise down.
Do they know its affecting you?
If they do give me a call I was a boxer a don't like fighting .I love it

I've had this problem and emailed my council about it. the environmental health officer contacted me..there is something you can do to stop it...report them.
