The average weight for a person your height is 105 to 145 lbs. Try to get around there. Play sports such like volley ball, or tennis. Stay away from the foods that tempt you the most and eat little quanitities. (I possible, get a treadmill in you house)

Weight is not really about how you look, I hope you know this, weight is about your health, being overweight is unhealthy and so is being underweight. A tip about losing weight, set your goals small, it is easier to lose 5 pounds than it is 20 pounds, lose 5 then reward yourself. Your diet and excercise sounds good. A tip on keeping off weight, make your diet and excercise your lifestyle not just a fad. Good luck.

If you're doing all that physical exercise and eating completely healthy amounts of the right foods and still not losing the weight, then you should see your general practioner to find out if you possibly have a thyroid condition.
The situps are good for muscle tone but they do almost nothing for fat burning. Fast walking, jogging or riding a bicycle would be a good way to reduce your actual weight.

Jogging and cycling are good excercises. The basketball and situps are ok. I wudnt go for nutragrain bars though. Citric fruits are very effective. But u are quite young and would probably lose the fat soon enough.
As for normal, well i'm 20 and am 140 lbs and still need to lose weight.

your going though puberty. your going to gain a little weight. the weight your at right now isn't bad. Over the next couple years your going to get tall her and you will slim down. just continue to stay active and lay off the fast food. I am sure your fine. young girls worry too much about how they look anyways. don't waste your life away obsessing about weight.
