Any contrasting colour look great with cream hun, pinks, reds, blues, greens u name it! Cream is a lovely neutral colour and will match with just about anything except more cream or white. xxx

Anything in an earthy tone, like chocolate brown pants or an olive green skirt, and then you can top it with an accessory in a more vivid tone, like a wine red scarf, but stay away from pastels!

Chocolate is a great choice...
NOT black... makes the top look dirty
(i dont know why, but the contrast makes it look like the shirt is just a tinged white top)
dry stonewash or indigo denim.
