He is the last thing I think about before I go to sleep everynight, but I've not seen him since I last saw him in his city in April and he got in a fight and stabbed a tourist who started on him whilst I was there. But I still can't stop thinking that I want his babies. What should I do? (Also, he's never asked me for money / visitors visa assistance and I've been dating him a year. Treats me very well).

This is probably infatuation, I don't think you should marry this man, you are asking for trouble if you do! Sure he treats you well now, but after marriage, the control takes over. Remember he can use you to gain a citizenship, if he isn't an American citizen already? Stabbing a tourist should have told you something? Use your head instead of your heart!

Are you daft? Don't Turkish men treat their women like property? If he's out stabbing tourists, what might he do to YOU if you decide you've got a headache one night? Keep him in your dreams and go meet someone else.
