A breathalyzer is a tool used by police to determine whether or not you are drunk!!!
A breath fresherner or breath mint is something available anywhere candy is sold to make your breath fresh.

Breathalyzers don't make your breath smell better. The word "breathalyzer" is a shortened version of the following two words:
Breath Analyzer.
This is actually a device used to measure the alcohol content in a person's breath, as it is a relative indicator of sobriety - so when you get a breathalyzer test at a DUI checkpoint, that's what they're doing.
You don't want to buy one.
