trust me go to your local pharmacy and buy Benzagel (5 strength) apply according to instructions...put it this way i use it when needed when i get up then b4 bed 3 midday if huge one hehe...apply at early stages...3 days max...GONZO for me that is..try it out GL!

or really really hot water on a cloth.. just hold it on the pimple and let it dry by itself..
but the best thing for myself is alcohol!
