Zone Alarm is the best free firewall you can get.
Once you register they also email you some great savings for other system software. I got sytem mechanic for £15, was £40 at the time.
Go to 5 star shareware and search for zone alarm, this site has loads of other good downloads, some freeware and some demos.

im sure that microsoft do a firewall just go to microsoft .com and check firewalls etc download from there
