it has all teh chapters translated to english until the latest chapter, cuz the anime is already done in japan, but the manga is still ongoing.

Well for one thing, Inuyasha is not done yet on adult swim, but you could possibly go on adultswim.com and look up inuyasha, or care freely go on youtube and search for inuyasha and try and find all the episodes!
