No I don't think sin is primarily why we get disease. If that were the case almost everyone would be dying of something. Just like you said why do some get aids and some don't? I think its more of a matter of strong immune system versus weak or lucky versus unlucky. I know people that have abused their bodies all their lives and are as healthy as a horse and then one person that got a blood transfusion in the 80's and got aids.

Corinthians 6:18 tells us that fornication is different from all other sins in that the one who commits this sin "sinneth against his own body." Fornication defiles the Christian's own holy temple. He attacks himself in a direct and terrible way when he commits this sin.

I'm pretty sure under Canadian law which is usually where you see this charge it's like and in proper burial or disposal... like instead of a proper burial they hide the remains under a bush or dig a hole and throw them in it... stuff like that.. I really do not think it has anything to do with mutilation or sexual things

Either he had sex with her after she was dead, or desecrated the corpse in some way (mutilation, crapping on her, etc...)

It basically means he killed her, then did something humiliating or horrible to her body which compounded the murder.

This means that after he murdered her, he did things to the body that were offensive to her dignity, body. For example stuck something in her vagina, cut off a breast......things such as these.
