Toyota Prius: A pure fad, embraced by the celebrity who wanta to tell the world that they're of a 'caring, sharing' disposition. Apparently only does 45MPG, which will be beaten by any Focus diesel, is said to take far more energy to make than a conventional car, and they expect you to pay about £18k for a jumped-up Toyota hatchback!

The worst car ever made is the Ligier Ambra. It's SO bad it's funny. It's made of very poor quality plastic. The funny thing is that they use to make F1 racing cars.
Go to this web site and have a laugh.

I had a gold, 1985 Honda that was an absolute nightmare. It would kick off unexpectedly and would take up to 10 minutes to start again. It wasn't even do to overheating, it had to do with a part that was about $300. The great part was that it stayed running long enough for us to trade it for a 1999 Mazda Protege (great commuter car).

Audi A2 looks horrid.
I had a renault laguna company car - 2 yrs old, it was in the garage 13 times in 12 months. 3 times for the bonnet catches breaking, whenever it ran out of washer fluid, I could not open the bonnet to top it up. Put me off Renaults for life.
Now have a Honda hybrid, it's fab.

Trabbant. All the quality control of a Communist Worker's Paradise, combined with a body made of plastic-coated cardboard. Hard to top that.
