oil of olay or dove makes lotions with shimmer in it.
revlon has some shimmer or glow powder. light bronzers work well also. spend some time in the makeup isle. you'll find some stuff.

Oh, it's so easy now! I have always been VERY fair and can not tan at all...but the new body (and face!) lotions that have a slight amount of self-tanner in them work slowly over time...
You're tan in a week and never go overboard (just do 1x every two days when you feel you're dark enough). Some of them include a bit of shimmer in them, too...So, you'll be tan and shimmery all year long.

Oil of Olay has one and so does Jergen's...and they're cheap!

I get alot of compliments on my complexion, and I use shimmer lotion. Also, since your face is out the most (obviously), I would make sure you clean it well, and moisturize too. Healthy skin glows on its own.

I'm not sure, actually.
But applying some shimmery glitter on your cheeks, chest, or wherever will give your skin a nice little "glow" too :)

you could try using bare minerals, it even makes my dry skin look glowy in a good lit from within way, not a disco glittery way.
