I know exactly what you are saying! My best guess is that as much as men like to be men they all want to be mothered. They don't think to return the favor because their fathers most likely never took care of them when they were sick as children. I say we make all the Dads out there take equal care of the sick kids so our own children will grow up to realize that men can show compassion as easily as us women. WHEW! that was allot of my chest ... by the way - get into bed and snuggle up in the warm covers and get some rest - i hope you feel better soon :-)

Because men suck like that.------My husband is exactly the same way and I tend to blame his mother. We have fought about and it seems to do me no good. I have an example for you. The very week I had our third child (C-Section) he decided to have a vascectomy, now usually this is a weekend thing----do it after work on Friday and back to work on Monday----not my husband, it took him a month and a half to recover, no exageration. He is a BIG baby. I was suppose to be the one taking it easy.
