Yes, but not with windows. First, stop everything you're doing, as windows will overwrite deleted files with every step you take. Second, from another computer, get an undelete program from the internet. There are dozens for free/shareware. This will recover your deleted files (assuming you haven't overwritten them). You can then restore the files as desired.
Again... windows will overwrite deleted files with every step you take... so stop everything until you've undeleted.

It Depends, Are you on Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 or higher? If so then just click on the Deleted Items folder in Outlook and click Tools, Recover Deleted Items.
It will give you a list of Items that can be restored.
If not, then you may not have any option.

If your mail is on your home computer you can try to use System restore. Just go back to before you had deleted the files. But if your mail is on a Exchange server within a company or somewhere like Yahoo then your out of luck.
If you do try System restore be aware that it will also undo other changes to your system.
Good Luck

If you use Microsoft Outlook, it automatically archives all old email. If so, you can retrieve it, but since I've neve had to do that, I'm not sure how, but I think you would use the /File/Import option.
Good luck.
