I with fondle my partner at night not realizing it until she engages back then i will remember what is going on. Sometimes it is okay but others it is not so i am looking for a solution to help stop this soon.

Have sex at least 3 times before you go to sleep. If all else fails have a nice cup of cocoa before you go to bed.
