Alright mate, upon pondering the question I would hasten to say "white" as in moon boots/space suit. But, given ample time to thoroughly think this out I would most likely say something like: "who gives a rat’s a.s.s!"

Colour is simply light of different wavelengths and frequencies and light is just one form of energy made up from photons. We are all surrounded by electromagnetic waves of energy of which colour is just a small part.
The visible spectrum as we see it consists of the rainbow. Our retinas though have three types of colour receptors in the form of cones. We can only detect three of these colours - red, blue and green.
