Mario is property of Nintendo, and the PS2 is property of their biggest competitor, Sony.
Now, I'm not going so say that it's never, never going to happen. But I will say that one company is going to have to crush the other one first.
Of course, the way Sony's stock has been falling lately...

There is no way Nintendo is going to let Sony release a game with one of their characters, no way! Too bad, because I own a PS2, and I would love to play Legend of Zelda games on it, but that isn't happening, either!

Nope, Mario is a cornerstone of the nintendo empire. I;d say it's about as likely as a being hit with a flying sea turtle.

mario is only for the Nintendo Company Sony PlayStation 2 is way of the nintendo and including xbox mario games nintendo.

not likely. nintendo wouldn't allow mario and its other characters to be used by sony.
