eBay is the best website for buying used baby clothes.
There might be resale shops specializing in gently used baby clothes in your area, check your local yellow pages for thrift or resale shops.

You should try Marshalls or Ross, they have beautiful designer clothes for babies at real cheap prices and it's not second hand you don't want used clothes for your baby!
