sorry no way

you can live a life of lies and be unhappy or except who you are and survive the teasing and threats you will get during high school and tell your parents to their disappointment as they may feel your ruining their lives, but it is your life not theirs.

after high school everything will start to get better, in college people are more open and organizations are available on campus for bi, gay and transgendered...those who were truly your friends always will be and with your ability to be honest with yourself new friends will come who value you, don't let people BS you or make you feel insignificant or disgusting....you are not.

You will survive this. Be happy with you.

and say no to drugs and unsafe sex

Being gay is probably genetic; certainly, there are no recognized therapies or drugs to 'make' a gay person straight. Being gay is not accepted as a disorder or illness by any authoritative medical association - though there are many fringe religious fundamentalist groups that claim their distorted research 'proves' it's possible. Always check the comparitive research when someone tells you this is possible; it isn't.

You should be able to live a happy and out life as a gay man; and in the US things are changing slowly; in Europe, they are already most of the way there.

However, coming out to your parents is very tricky. If they are religious and believe in 'reparitive therapy' they could pack you off to a brainwashing camp. If they are simply homophobic, they might make life very difficult for you, or even throw you out.

Before coming out, make sure you have thought through these scenarios; where would you go if they throw you out immediately? What would you do if they try to send you for 'treatment'?

In many cases, sadly, the wisest thing is to hide your sexuality from your parents until you are able to get a job and become independent.

If however you believe your parents and siblings would be supportive, start by talking to the parent you think most sympathetic. Explain this is who you are and you cannot hide it; and ask them to help you explain this to your family. You are welcome to email me with more questions or for support. Good luck!

1. There is no reason to tell your parents that you are gay. While you are still under their roof it can cause more problems than it solves.

2. No matter how much you don't want to be gay, it won't change you. There is no proven method of changing sexual orientation. It is best to accept who you are and go on about making a good life for yourself.

You should be spending this time focusing on your education, not making trouble with your family.

You can either start by telling the person thats closest to you 1 by 1 or telling your family in a group that there's something important you need to get off of your chest, it's vital to your future and it's something that you feel your family needs to know so that you can feel comfortable with yourself, let them know that it's been hard for you keeping this a secret. After that say " I'm gay " and then watch the reactions you get. Thats sort of how I came out by telling them that and I got nothing but good responses.

Or

You can tell the person in your family who gossips the most. They are surely to tell everybody and you don't have to worry about it.

before everything, you will prefer to comprehend your person motives for telling them. confirm it is considering you somewhat prefer them to good ordinary who you're as an entire person. confirm it somewhat isn't from now on considering you go with to break or alienate them in any way, even in spite of the incontrovertible fact that those reactions may be their reaction. 2d, get some reading fabric jointly, the two from the cyber internet, your library, or a gay and Lesbian center close to to you. furnish them fabric that explains that homosexuality isn't a ailment, is to no longer be "cured" and, isn't your mum and dad (or each and every physique else's) "fault". finally, have a sympathetic and suggestions pal, instructor, or diverse person, indoors the wings that may assist you and, consistent with probability at a while, be waiting to speak on your mum and dad on your behalf. The catholicism could be a hurdle; despite if, many catholics are not from now on generally on board with the Pope's place on gays. good success! As perplexing as this step is indoors the arrival out technique, it incredibly is going to be well worth it for something of your existence... believe me. i could be thinking of you in this corporation. lt

I agree. There is no such thing as gay anymore. You can like guys and girls. Don't box yourself in. Don't believe that crap that you were born that way. That was old school from the last generation. BTW, almost every married guy out there has fooled around with a guy before he was married. Think about that.

Dude, it is normal for Heterosexual males to feel like they are gay , especially around your age. Don't feel pressured to have sex or to get with anyone, male or female!

This society is too sex oriented and you should give it a rest and concentrate on the Big Questions in life, your career , your education, and just enjoying life without getting involved with anyone.

Ans so What! if when you jack off you think of guys? I Jack off and think of guys just as often as I do chicks, or I go in phases with one or the other. But I still know I'm a normal Hetero and no one can change my mind. Your O.K., man!

no you can not ungay yaself mate

the hardest person to admit that you are gay to is yourself, after that everything gets easier.
Once you have told your friends and family it will feel like a weight is off your shoulders.
