"Fallacies," as you are using the term, refers to imperfect or illogical parts or elements of arguments. These come in a number of types. The first one you list: argumentum ad antiquitatem refers to an argument based on historical precedence. For example, if you said you wanted to fly to New Zealand, and you were told 'no' with the 'reason' given being that you had never flown to New Zealand in the past, this would be flawed logic aka argumentum ad antiquitatem. A bigger example comes with things like space travel and genetics and religion: we should not orbit the earth because nobody ever has • we should not explore the human genome because nobody ever has • we should sacrifice virgins to the gods because that's the way it's always been done. And so forth…

Fallacies always have flaws in their 'logic.'
