Tomorrow is not about you, it is about the person that passed on. It doesn't matter how beautiful your dress is, or if anyone sees it. It's tradition that it be black. So, put your jacket on, or a shawl, or whatever and try not to worry about how you look. You are there to support the family and pay respects to the person that passed on.

If it is sleeveless, you can use a soft poncho to keep you warm. As alternative you could wear a simple long sleeved dark t-shirt underneath it, I think that might look perfect for a funeral.

A shawl sounds good or a sweater. Whatever you decide to wear make sure it's black or dark grey and conservative.

Sure - the dress sounds fine...as LONG as it's not a cocktail dress...that would be tacky. By the wrap do you mean a pashmina shawl wrap? That would work fine. Good idea!

A shawl (preferably made solid, not crocheted due to weather) would work well, or a shoulder wrap.
