I need a motherboard with theese specs:
Support: Intel pentium D processor (Skt 775) (65nm)
Fsb: 800mhz (min)
Gfx Support: Agp 8X
Ram Support: pc2100 or pc2700 (DDR SDRAM)
Form factor: Atx or Matx
Pci slots (2 min)
Ata 100/133 (must support upto 4 devices)
Price: £30-£50
So far I have found:
ASUS P5VDC-MX
ASUS P5VDC-X
ASRock 775I65G (not sure if 65nm or 90nm)
I know what what im looking for is very hard to find but I need as many possibilities as possible so thanks in advance.

3 Ata devices is fine (2 dvd, 1hdd)
more details about my processor:
Intel Pentium D 940
3.2ghz
Note on my processor box it says:
"Requires Intel (R) 945/955X Express Chipset PCG05A" (not 100% sure what that meens)

errr. dunno bout the mobo, but finding one that has sata compatability, uses agp slots not pci-e and supports intel PD processor will be near impossible to find, ill just stick with one of the ones you got now

most mobos today will support the FSB and your DDR SDRAM requirements
PCI you can decide per mobo
The ATA is going to be tricky- 2 hard drives and 2 DVD players?
I've only come across 3xATA.
One thing that you don't seem to have raised is the chip type- if you don't mind which CPU you have then all I can say is that ASUS are a very good, reliable make with a good reputation.

no no 2 dvd and 2 hd is fine, a regular ata mobo can take 4 optical drives, remeber that, that figure dsnt include sata so u could have 4 hd and 2 dvd
