Like you I have a hatred towards these scam artist. As they con the intelligent an old out of their money. You have the rich who want to get richer and become a victim. (Them I don't care about). I care about the poor who are ripped of their life savings.
Very important that when you send the email to: abuse@yahoo.com that you open "options" in the upper right side of your email screen. You must set the check mark to "full header", and forward the email as an "inline message".
Without the full header Yahoo is unable to take any action. And they usually will not responed. If they do they will tell you a full header is required.
Myself every one of them usually saying they are from Nigeria, but their IP address traces back to Canada, London, France and Nigeria.
With the full header, Yahoo will send the mail to Yahoo in London. And the London Yahoo will respond back to you.
I am a clinical psychiatrist, France. I found the FBI, in the United States, could give a damm about scams. I have contacts with "Interpol", all over the world and they get a copy of every scam and send it back to their Interpol agent where the email originated. Plus Yahoo or Hotmail both will take legal action to shut the account donw.
They will advise you that the account has been closed, but for confidential reasons will not go into any details.
Thanks for doing your part to rid the world of these scam artist who use the internet to ripp people off.
The more people like you the fewer scams will be received when they know they are going to have criminal charges against them.

Fighting Back
Con artists are clever and cunning, constantly hatching new variations on age-old scams. Still, skeptical consumers can spot questionable or unsavory promotions in email offers. Should you receive an email that you think may be fraudulent, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov, hit delete, and smile. You'll be doing your part to help put a scam artist out of work.

Wow , that person gets around. Her "real" address in the UK and her e mail address is in China (.cn).
As Shakespeare once said, "Ay there lies the rub!" Exactly just what country should one report scammers too?
You could report it all you want but it will do little good.
The laws in Nigeria, China and eastern Europe are not very strong, and that is where most of the garbage comes from

when you get these types of emails, just click the spam button and yahoo automatically blocks it from sending you anything else.
