Don't talk to recruiters without remembering that some recruiters will lie to get you to join up because they must fill their quotas. Get everything in writing.
That being said, I'd go to the websites for each branch and do some research. What fields are you interested in?
Serving in the military is an honorable career and I wish you well.

I was in the U.S. Coast Guard, I prefer that branch. Don't let anyone tell you there is no chance to travel. I was all in Antarctica, and many of the islands in the South Pacific, even Tahiti.

If it is an education you want, I would suggest you go to college rather than the millitary.

I am an electronics technician in the Marines.
All allow and encourage you to go to college while in, and you get hands-on training.
What do you want to do?

you should talk to the recruiters... but I am guessing the air force would be the best for that. although, my husband is a marine corps recruiter and would be pissed if i said that, so i will say... MARINE CORPS!!! OOOOOHRAH!
