Let me guess - you and your boyfriend/girlfriend want to get married in the worst way, right, but your parents won't let you?
This is about the worst way to do it...
Take my advice - wait until you're 25, or when you've finished college, have had a job, and have supported yourself on your own income for at least a year. That means making your own car payments, rent payments, insurance payments, and you pay your own food, utility, and doctor bills, the whole 9 yards. By then you'll be a whole lot more mature, and ready to face life. Oh, and that goes for the boyfriend or girlfriend, too.
If you think that your mom and dad are cranky, just wait until you have a landlord who's waiting for you to come up with $500 you don't have, and you're about to get kicked out of a 30 year old housetrailer. Or you're late to work again because your car died, and your boss doesn't care, so you get fired.
Kids say that they can get by and do anything if they love each other enough. Do you love him/her enough to say "Let's wait, and think this through?
Life in the real world is tough if you can't support yourself. Don't be in too big a rush to get married and go out there. You'll be expected to support yourself without any help. If you don't have the training or skills to get a job that will let you do that, it'll be big-time tough!

Last I heard was South Carolina, but think really hard about it before you do. That is way too young! I got married when I was 20 and had been with the guy for 4 years and after exactly one year of being married, we separated. I am currently working on the divorce. I'm not trying to discourage you, but please think about it before you make any final plans. Here's a quote I now live by. It puts some perspective on things.
Marriage - "when two people are under the influence of the most violent, most insane, most delusive, and most transient of passions. They are required to swear that they will remain in that excited, abnormal, and exhausting condition continuously until death do them part." --George Bernard Shaw
Good Luck!

I know here in South Carolina, you have to be either a.) 18 years or older, b.) pregnant, or c.) legally emancipated from your parents (which I understand to be a lengthy tedious process). I believe it is the same in every state.
I would also recommend not getting married under the age of 18. If two people are truly in love, they can wait it out to get married. (Trust me, marriage is MUCH harder than dating!)

properly buddy i assume no state facilitates a minor to be married legally or formally.it incredibly is a suicide for the state government to permit. yet it incredibly is a loophole of the regulation which you're able to make the main.a woman who has attained the age of puberty can marry out of her own loose will purely ingredient is that her marraige wont be formally recognized as of now.yet while she attains majority the marraige will then be voidable at her decision.remember voidable and not void. It ability the lady has an option to disown the marraige then or can proceed out of her own loose will.If the latter happens then purely at that factor the state will recognize the marraige as criminal yet no longer now at contemporary untill the lady turns right into a important.

They all do, but you have to have a Judge grant you emancipation first. (Legally responsible for yourself, an kind of early adulthood.)
