received? If it's 2pm here and 7pm there what time would be on it.?

Both dates are actually in the email document property. Most likely your email client tool displays the timestamp of your timezone at the time it was received, but many email tools allows you to drill down to the details if you want it.

it would be 7 pm .. coz time stamp is sent with the email as a part of it .

it would be the time it was recieved by your mail server.
