You can feed goldfish a great variety of things. Try blanching veggies, or even some fruit. Apples, oranges, zuchinni, lettuce... Just take a bit of water from your tank in a bowl, put the food in there, microwave it for about it minute, let it cool, then put it in. Make sure it sinks. Goldfish should be fed sinking food seeing as they are easily susceptible to swimbladder problems. Good luck.

Goldfish like most any high quality goldfish flake food. They also like duckweed ( a small floating plant about an eighth of an inch in diameter). The do need some greens in their diet.

The obvious answer is goldfish food but they can also eat peas, lettuce, brine shrimp, spinach, broccoli, blood worms, carrots and many other veggies and fish treats. If you want to do something special for them you can make a gel food. When I make it I usually use tuna, spinach, broccoli, a jar of pea baby food, garlic, paprika, a handful of turtle food and any other healthy stuff I can find.

Depends on the size for the goldfish.

Blood worms are ok for big fish.
Organic flakes are also a staple.

Just go to the pet section and read the labels on the fish food.
