Matsumoto Shave Ice. If you haven't tried it, then get yourself to Haleiwa (northshore Oahu) and get some.
It is THE BEST EVER.

Hawaiian shave ice. Someone else made the comment about getting some in Hawaii. We did when we lived there and once you try it you won't ever try another. Any flavor but Pina colada is my all time favorite.
