Does anyone know someone who does this and what causes it I have a friend that does this sometimes not all the time and she doesnt even realize it until I point it out to her example if she is spelling apple she will write it like this (elppa)does anyone know what causes this I need to know if she needs to get a doctors help or is it common?

It's called dyslexia. Not real common, but common enough.
Yes, she can go see a doctor and they will help her reverse it.

That can either be a form of dislexia or a severe issue with her eyes. Remember, what the eyes see is upside down due to our eyes being round. Camera Lense. Have her see her family physician. See what they recommend.

possibly dyslexia.
There is treatment which usually means 'retraining' the the brain to see things in a different manner.

i had it when i was a kid i had to go to a special class for it its called dislexia
