I'll tell you a few things that I find a turnoff which sort of answer the question in a indirect way
1. smoking
2. lack of intelligence
3. being too self involved
4. Being obsessed with the trivialities of life: shopping, make-up, hair
5. Lack of emotions
So I guess a girl who is at least reasonably attractive but not overly concerned about her looks, is smart, has a good, down to earth personality (but not a soccer mom personality), but is interesging and most importantly doesn't SMOKE.

Personally I find a girl extremely beautiful when I can go in to a conversation with her for a long,long time. I once had a conversation that lasted 8 hours. 9PM-5AM
