Now I just moved to a new apartment, and it happens every time I turn on the computer! I've had a blue screen error before which resulted in my having to get a new harddrive, but this time it ONLY happens when my network card is inserted into the computer. The error screen mentions if you have hardware or software that wasn't installed properly to reinstall it, anyway I'll have to call Dell's lousy tech support once more unless anybody can help me. I appreciate the help.

If the machine is under warranty then you should just call Dell. They will just make you do any diagnosis or repair all over again to prove that is not the problem. If it is not under warranty then replace the drivers, if problem still happens replace the network card. We will assume that the network card is original equipment and not an improperly installed aftermarket item..
