Some women do experience pain when they ovulate (as opposed or as well as during their period) However, it is best to get it checked out by a doctor if you are experiencing pain.

I usually get a small pain on the side that I ovulate. I wouldn't really call it cramping.

Yes, I just went to the doctor because I have been cramping for three days and I just had a period. She said I'm probably just ovulating.

Yes, I do get cramping when I ovulate. It is so minor that I probably wouldn't even notice it, if I wasn't looking for it.

I do, I get small twinges in my lower pelvic area when I ovulate. I can tell which side I ovulate on too. I have had problems with ovarian cysts the past few years too though. Its not that uncommon. Its awesome when you are trying to conceive (TTC). :)

Yes, I do and I recently found out that it is because I have an ovarian cyst. It's no fun, just take some ibuprophen and grab a heating pad for a day or two and it gets better!

Some women do, som women don't. I would think it depends on how succeptible you are to pain. The pressure your ovaries give to push the egg out is what you feel. sometimes i get it sometimes i don't... i always used to pass it off as kidney pains until i was pointing out to the wrong spot (what a jessica simpson moment).
