If you have any mp3, wma, or wav files on your computer, you can use Phone Sherpa's ringtone maker to convert your music into a custom ringtone:

They format it for your phone model then send it to you wirelessly. Its very easy to do. Phone Sherpa also has a wallpaper maker that formats any jpg or gif to your exact phone screen size.

Not all phones allow you to set a ringtone for individual people, but it yours does it probably involves one of two things:

Either you may go to tones in the menu and see if there's an option for assigning ringtones to individuals;

or else you may go to the individual contact, select options, and see if there's a way to, say, "set ringtone" or "assign ringtone"

Some phones let you put people into groups such as "family,", "friends" or some group that you name yourself. You may need to put certain contacts in certain groups and then assign the ringtone for the group. You could, I suppose, just put one person in a group, and that would give them their own ringtone when you assign the ringtone for the group.

Without knowing the phone its hard to guess exactly how you would do this. Its fairly safe to guess, though, that it is probably done in either the tones menu or else the contacts menu. If you go through each item on those two menus (and make sure you go through all the options for each item) you'll run into it.

It depends on the type of phone you have. Just read the manual.
