like someone is doing a mirror and the mirror will be talking about all the ugly ppl and what they do in the mirror. There is sidewalks, hairbrushes, but I need something original. Something common that no one would think of and does a lot of things, or at least can experience a lot of things if it was alive. Thanks!

Think about what a mirror would do or say if was alive, that's all personification is. Give it human characteristics. If you want to go with the mirror and ugly ppl theme, try saying the mirror taunts or laughs. Think about what you think or say when you see an ugly person. Think about how you feel about your own looks. How can you apply that to the mirror?

I would do a bar of soap and talk about how it gives in to the harshness of life and withers away, you could get very in depth and talk about carving soap animals, or how it is easily manipulated when wet.
