I just sneezed.

I haven't had a cold in several years now. It appears to have something to do with never drinking out of unclean pint glasses, or travelling in enclosed spaces with air conditioning where other people with germs spread them. (aeroplanes are the worst)

I have been to a student union bar in Glasgow once, but I know the Edinburgh student union bars the best.

Freshers week is not a good time to have the flu. All that snogging which goes on.........

I wanted to go out yesterday. I want to go out tonight. I want to go out tomorrow. I've got a pretty bad head cold since about Tuesday though, so I'm stuck in too, drinking orange juice and lemonade for the C; I prefer letting nature take it's course. I think I might go out tonight if I feel better, but probably not to a party or anything...

It's a good thing I've got answers to give on here, or else I'd be forced to watch Full House!

I haven't got the flu but i have got a cold! drink plenty of non alcoholic (bummer) fluids and take a couple of paracetamol (unless you already have or are allergic to them), watch a good old weepie and fall asleep until morning - betcha feel better then. Get well soon!!!

Sounds like everyone is sick. I think it is the changing of the seasons. I've felt sick for almost a week now and so is my oldest daughter. It's a pain. But no you are not alone out there being sick and stuck in side.

Not quite the flu, but have got really bad cold. Blocked up, tired, temperature sore sinuses and generally feeling poo!

Thankfully, I have my darling husband to be there for me, bringing me drinks and the like! I find that the odd bacardi and coke is not to bad.

Mind you, I can't taste anything just now, so maybe he is doing them too strong??????????
