Because, all most all are bellow 30,000 capacity stadiums and the tickets were sold out few hours before a match...

I have done this, sometimes people do not search for previously asked/answered questions.
The access is one thing but free is another. There are sites where you can pay for radio or video and of course who wants to pay?
I'd say its perhaps unfamiliarity with the site rather than anything else.

a lot of those people are probably american. here in the U.S. we don't get the EPL, la liga, serie a, bundesliga, and etc. in order to get that, we usually will have to buy a soccer package on digital cable. so, a lot of people will ask if there are any ways to watch it online for free. hope that clears it up for ya.

THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION. ESPECIALLY WHEN SOCCER SUCKS ANYWAY. THEY'D HAVE TO PAY DEEPLY FOR ME TO WATCH IT.
